WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Please bring any items you think to be beneficial i.e. used running shoes, orthotics, tennis racket, training programs, scan results, operation notes (if applicable and possible).

HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I REQUIRE?

This is dependent on many factors such as type of tissue damaged, time since injury, motivation towards rehabilitation and how much support you require from your therapist. You may for instance, just require education in a single session regarding how best to self manage your injury, or may require 6-8 sessions and more support and feedback, Back on Track is guided by your requirements.

CAN I USE MY HEALTH INSURANCE?

Physiotherapy is often reimbursed by your healthcare insurer with proof of Health Professions Council registration. Please contact your individual insurer for confirmation. Back on Track is happy to help where possible.
