Back on Track Ski Fit Clinic

From November to March each year.

Skiing is a demanding endurance and strength sport and whether you are on the half pipe all day or just skiing around the mountain to and from bars, you want to be safe, alert and not aching and worn out.

The Back on Track Ski Fit clinic will assess any previous injuries you have experienced before. This will give you peace of mind on the slopes and will also allow you to deal with the injury and sort it before you go.

The incremental and supervised strengthening and exercise regime will give you key exercises for your leg and upper body muscles that get assaulted the most! This will involve the use of free weights and machine weights and made specific to skiing with stretching advice.

The sessions are 40-50 minute (Ideally twice per week but is up to you!) with additional home exercise. Participants can book as much or as little sessions as they want. Gym gear is required. £25 per session or £22 per session if booking 10 or more.
